How to get to the castle by public transportation ?
Take the train to Antwerp Central Station : you will arrive in the new railway-tunnel, where the construction recently has finished after nine (!) years of hard labour. Enjoy the majestic view of this masterpiece of construction engineering and architecture !! From there on you go by foot to the Roosevelt square. It's a five minute walk along the famous "De Keyserlei" until the Frankrijklei, turn to the right and you will end up at the bus-terminal. Go to the quai (perron) nr 32. There you take one of the busses nr 610/620/621 or 629. All of them pass at the centre of Schoten and there will leave a bus every 15 minutes ! The drive no longer takes then 20 minutes. You have to drop off at the stop "Kasteeldreef", it's the one just before the town hall of Schoten. There you walk five minutes to the other end of this large lane and you'll arrive at the castle.
